Some of your best creations come by accident and this wine falls under this category. Created when Giuseppe discovered after three weeks that a whole section of the vineyard had not been picked and the brix (ie. sugar content) of the grapes was too high to make Chardonnay, Giuseppe decided to blend it with 5% Moscato and make a dry, slightly sweet dessert wine. Very unique and appreciated for its subtlety, this dessert wine is great with Tiramisu and biscotti. Available vintage: 2011
